GENERAL RULES

 

Entry Requirements

• Submissions will be accepted begining on April 1, 2018 or later.

• Film submissions will be accepted through YouTube or Viemeo.

• To submit your film go to www.biblicalfilms.org/kidzcamfilmfest

• All non-English language Shorts must have legible English language subtitles.

• All entries submitted must be suitable for children ages 18 and under.

 

 

Submission Requirements

• Entries received late or incomplete may be disqualified.

• The action of the Shorts should be child & family -driven and the stories should be creative and original.

• Content should be apropriate for all age groups and non offensive to all diverse backgrounds and cultures, however, most importantly, have fun!

 

 

MOBILE FILMING

1. Film Footage: Must be shot on smartphone(s) and/or tablet(s). Animation and graphically created films may be submitted if produced on smartphones/tablets. NOTE: DSLR, Handycam Camcorders, Point-and-Shoot Cameras, GoPro and other similar devices are not permitted.

2. Audio: External recording device(s) may be used if necessary.  

3. Raw Footage Proof: Must submit 30-second raw footage (no photos, video only) actually used in the final cut of the film, uncut and unedited for the full duration of 30 seconds or longer to be accepted.  

4. Editing: All editing software are accepted.  

 

 

Deadlines

Early-bird submissions are due no later than Friday,  June 8th, 2018 all other submissions due no later than Friday, June 15th 2018.
